In our transactional and business law work, we focus on prevention because we believe that ten minutes with a lawyer when there is a potential problem can save thousands of dollars in litigation expense. Sometimes the difference between a lawsuit and immediate resolution of a dispute is the advice that a client receives from an attorney. We strive to educate our clients so that they are able to determine the times when it would be prudent to speak with an attorney. We handle all types of business matters from formation of a business entity and maintenance of that entity to collections and employment matters. We enjoy long relationships with our business clients and try to keep them out of litigation if at all possible. We also handle some business matters at a flat rate so that attorney's fees are certain and not an additional stress.
